Welcome to the Comenge Winery!
Our winery is situated in the town of Curiel de Duero, about 6 km. from Peñafiel, in the middle of the Ribera Del Duero region, in the best part of the banks of the Duero River.
We have a clear project; elaborate one of the best red wines from the Spain and from the Ribera Del Duero region. This is only done through a constant daily effort from all of us here in the winery. With meticulous attention to every part of our wine’s elaboration, from the harvesting through the bottling, with absolute and total dedication to the care of the grapes in the vineyard in order to obtain a must rich in color, in aromas and with a high grade of sugar that will provide the best wine every year.
Aside from our objective to make excellent red wines, we also want to offer the possibility of knowing up close and in depth the exciting world of the wine, so we developed a complete project of wine tourism that includes guided visit to the winery, courses in wine tasting, meals in our restaurant with a view to the vineyard and horse drawn carriage through the vineyards.
You are invited to spend a wonderful day of “enoturismo” or (wine tourism) on the banks of the river Duero. You will get to know our bodega through a guided visit, and to enjoy the excellence of our products in a wine tasting, to enjoy our cuisine and to rest your gaze on our vineyards and the landscape. Most certainly it will be an unforgettable day of tourism, relaxation and enjoyment.
