President is one who sits in front "to lead a meeting or a meeting.
Jaime Comenge is president of Bodegas Comenge. He is also the creator, its driving force. It has been his enthusiasm for the wine world that leads him to decide to enter this always difficult world of making the winery thrive. Don Jaime became the master winemaker after an extensive career that took him through private enterprise and through the public sector, reaching the post of Secretary of State for Foreign Trade.
Today, he places his extensive knowledge of international trade at the disposal of the winery, and continues actively to this day by day. -
The winemaker is the technical advisor responsible for managing the winemaking process. He is the expert who oversees every step of the winery; every step of the wine making, from the vine to our table.
Rafael Cuerda, our winemaker, is Agronomist, Master in Viticulture and Enology at the School of Agricultural Engineers in Madrid and is primarily responsible for the quality of the wines from the winery. He brings his expertise, goodwill, and enthusiasm, so is the wine Comenge is today. -
Alvaro, a graduate in Business Administration and Master in Foreign Trade, is the commercial manager of the company since 2004.
He deals with the relationships with our distributors in Spain and abroad, his means that he has to spend much time traveling, but thanks to his initiative and his sales work he has led the winery to growth year after year. The export of Comenge wines abroad and represents 50% of our annual production. -
Leonor is an Agricultural Engineer. Her main task is to provide support to for Alvaro’s business tasks particularly while abroad. In addition, she addresses the material for processing and marketing, as well as the the IT side of the business.

Estela, Bachelor of Business Administration, is responsible for the administration department. Every administrative task passes through her able hands, and she also ensures that all submissions and requests we receive are handled in a timely manner.

Fabiola, a graduate in Tourism, is responsible for the winery “wine tourism”. Her task is to coordinate all visits, groups, meals and courses organized in the bodega. Her creative mind is the source of the new activities that we propose each season, and she ensures that any activity carried out at the winery runs like clockwork.

Rubi is the chef in our bodega. From her hands we get the excellent dishes that can be tasted in our dining room. She dares to take on the traditional cuisine, with its signature dish like the lamb roast to more innovative dishes, like orange salad and some unbeatable coulants cod Chocolate that make a fine finishing touch to any menu.

Emilio is the head of Bodega. In close collaboration with Rafael, the winemaker, he is responsible for assuring that Comenge wines have the quality to which we are accustomed. He performs analysis and the necessary controls, revising each fermentation, he controls the barrels during aging, and controls the stock of wine we have in stores ...

Aurelio, along with Angel, the manager assures that everything is correct in the vineyard. Together they supervise the crews during pruning, training, and harvest ... and they control all the vineyards so that we get the best.
In addition, Aurelius, in his spare time, is graphic designer, and thanks to the skill of his hands we have a perfect model of the hold where they can be reflected all units of the building and the main steps of the winemaking -
