Bottling our Ribera Del Duero Wine
After the ageing period, which comprises at least two winters, the wine is slowly and naturally stabilized. Once our master winemaker decides that the wine is at its optimum, it is then time to leave the barrels for bottling. We bring the wine to a filtration process carried out before bottling, which is sufficient to provide a bright color and a remarkable clarity, while an absolute microbiological guarantee, giving the wine a great potential for ageing in the bottle.
We use top quality natural corks for bottling the wine, selected after careful testing, and that assures us the perfect evolution of the wine in the bottle, thus reaching its optimum for consumption
